yes 2 points is possible. I think if you’re tall, have great frame/ muscle insertions you can gain close to 2 points. Most people can’t gain that much, but there’s no denying that an aesthetic looking 6’3 behemoth with full muscle insertions looks good, no matter what women tell you. Yes, women aren’t autistic about analyzing muscle insertions but bigger/ more full equals better imo just looks more like chad.
