double the calories nigga

i ate 4000 calories a day from end of october to january then kept bulking a bit less aggressively until early february and i went from 75kg to 85kg, meaning i gained 22 pounds

aint shit getting done with 2k calories pick up a fork and get urself some stretch marks

lol nws every1 starts out with nothing, just increase your protein intake and cals a bit (while working out). If you're seriously worried about becoming fat (which you likely wont if you arent a slob) just do more cardio too
