How many proteins/carbs/fats?

rn Im eating around 120g of all 3 in my cut, all my fat is from healthy sources like eggs, cheese and milk but does that mean its ok to eat that many?

also Im hitting all vitamins and minerals btw
 
btw i drink 1l of milk daily in which i could add protein powder if i would have to increase it but the 120g is my baseline i hit every day
