I train at high intensity (failure on every set) and my split is:
day 1: chest/back
day 2: shoulders/arms
day 3: legs
day4: rest
then repeat;
I've heard that low volume is key at high intensity but I was wondering how many specific sets I need to be doing; I've heard that 10-20 sets per week is optimal, but from others ive heard that that range is too high to recover from. plz help
