but i used to be on 2 hrs everyday on the treadmill js scrollin on tt or smth burning everyth off
i lowk have like 2-3 steaks when i eat them
But i prefer js having chicken in the airfryer nowadays

idk how i used to be in the gym at 4:30 am after taking a cold shower jfl i thought i was on some goggins shit

2-3 per week 1 -3 livers per week and 1 time fish, if i dont wanna eat meat i eat eggs
i been slackin on eggs ngl i used to always have about 8-12 a day but nowadays i go some days without it

we lwk just the same, when i cut to go to surfcamp i at 170g of protein 1700 calories, i fucking died, prob missed out on so much growth i regret it a lot
