How many time do u shampoo a week in a hot country?

I live in a country where everydays quite hot and sunny, i feel like my hair’s quite dry and frizzy sometimes, how often do u think i should shampoo a week, dont say like 1 or 2 times a week cuz thats not possible the weathers too hot

I only use shampoo once a week.
It ruins my hair if I use it so I just try to apply when my hair is hard and frizzy.
I have like wavy hair when it’s long so it’s pretty easy to maintain without shampoo

Shampoo like 3-4x a week and use a mild shampoo

Also some times shower without shampoo if needed like you just soak yourself in water and use conditioner if you do

Yeah, i was thinking 3-4 times is the sweet spot ngl, i also have a ketoconazole shampoo so ill use that
