How many times should i train shoulders

Been training for 3 months while in 500 test i do ppl 8 sets for side delts and for front delts 6 per week for failure and rear i dont train it couses it hurts and tge gains are nice but not what i want i want to maximize shoulder growth how many times should i train shoulders and how many sets per week

As much as possible large frame always is an halo.
 
It's always better to be more large and massive, of course it also depends on your height, if you're short you'll look like a maxxed-out dwarf, but if you're tall your frame will be charismatic

Well ofc but how much per week that my body can handel and recover from
 
3 times a week 4 if you’re greedy :feelshah:

How whould my body recover from this
just try to not do it all in a row, so for example: mo - shoulders tue - rest wed - shoulders thur - rest fri - shoulders etc
also the rest days don’t mean literal rest, you no shoulders on that day specifically
