I've pretty much been consistently sleep deprived (<7 hours more often then not) since my early Teens (in late Teens now) and have had consistent dark circles under my eyes, especially since mid-December when I've been going to bed at 3-5 AM and waking at mid day most days. Starting tonight I'm aiming for sleep consistency, 10 hours a night, asleep by 10PM.
Basically, for yous who had similar levels of eyebags and inconsistent sleep to me, did you notice any major reduction after switching to 8-10 Hours of quality sleep? How long before you noticed a radical change? I've done this before and began noticing changes within ~2 weeks but I fell back into old habits be4 confirming.
