For me, I’d say at least 7 years gone. Wasted on porn, mindless internet scrolling, avoiding responsibility, and just straight-up existing instead of actually living. If I had locked in earlier, I’d be a completely different person by now. But I didn’t. And now I have to play catch-up.

I wasted two years during my teenage years doing a computer science course that I didn’t even finish, then after high school, I spent a whole year doing nothing except trying to pass the C1 English exam, which I failed but managed to pass a year later. After that, I did a vocational training program for administrative shit, which should have taken two years but ended up taking three because I had an accident and missed classes. Now, this year, I’m basically doing nothing again except for a two-month in-person course and an online course. I wanna go to college next year, but the only reason I didn’t go earlier was because I had no idea what the fuck to do with my life.

so far 1 and a half. I mean i can cope and say it werent wasted, but atleast I earnt some money. And also tbf I was really fucking chopped 1 year and a half ago, bloated, skinhead, acne, and NEETing has kinda help me fix those. Im 17 and have been trying to go out with friends and get myself out there again. Honestly if I rot any longer I will literally go to desperate measures like drinking alcohol or taking phenibut to go out, i refuse to rot.

not at all. i had absolutely 0 guidance during college, no friends either so i was a blind man crossing the street for 4 years or so. I legit didnt know what to do with my life and wasted another good 2 years experimenting. Then lockdown happened which costed another 2 years. After that i had to do my military service so there goes another year.
