Most days, I smoke up to 4 cigarettes per day. I smoke 2 cigarettes before 3 pm and 2 more after 3 pm. When I'm at work, I place a zyn nicotine pouch in my mouth between my teeth and gums and leave it there for 1-2 hours max.
