10mg everyday for 1-2 months, 20mg everyday for 1-2 more months, then 10mg every other day for a year or two. I recommend just staying on it icl, 10mg every other day is pretty cheap imo and it's the "hollywood dose", keeps things in check alongside your regular PM/AM skincare routine

40mg is the absolute utmost dose lmao and it's usually prescribed for niggas like this

10mg-20mg is an average dose, and more than likely you won't experience any sides or have to get any bloodwork done. It's a mild dose for sure but it works way better in the long run for people that don't actually have a stinky pizza face
