How much mm of forward growth does it take for someone to notice the diffrence

went to a really good orthodontist , fixing my really really bad airway first , teeth later , then aesthethics come after that. i believe im gonna expand using MARPE then protract , no idea what ill use because my mom will NOT let me wear headgear , but that doesnt really matter because i can still use TADS . who knows.
