How much advancement do you guys think I can get?

Im getting bimax+ccw and genio surgery in september with a French surgeon (rn im doing orthodontic decompensation to push lower teeth back) and I wanna push him to give me as much advancement and rotation as humanly possible lol wanna make the most out of it. Also do you think there's room for major ascension?
