Im mostly going to be gyming instead of cardio. To get lean this time

you can safely lose 1% bf per week, go extremely aggresive imo/ime, time passes by quickly and you won't regret it, 1k calories a day is legitimate and the negative effects are overblown, small deficit is low iq, no point in going into a deficit that you can obliterate with a pizza in one day even though you were "locked in" for 10 days
