So for example day 1 I hit chest and triceps (weighted dips), maybe do some calves and core, and some neck curls and maybe lateral raises. The workout total of 10-12 sets. Day 2 I may do weighted squats, weighted wide grip pull ups, bicep curls and traps, then I take a day off. My workout rarely lasts longer than 1 hour.
