How much caffeine do y'all take

Hey, so I'm genuinely asking just because I'm curious. How much caffeine do y'all take to the gym? I personally take between 400 to 500mg. I'm 6'3 and 69-70kg. It's honestly a solid portion. And I'm hitting the gym for 4,5 months if someone's curious.

400-500mg is already overkill lol. you just build tolerance and crash harder. 200mg preworkout is enough for most lifts.
caffeine wont mog your weak lifts or genetics anyway. focus on sleep, diet and consistency to ascend. stop coping with stimulants.

200mg is little if I'm being honest. 400 kicks better and I lift better too

95-160mg of caffeine most days

that’s too much, 200mg is best for gym and being able to get good sleep (need good sleep to get big)
