How much can a big neck improve the face?

My neck is 14 inches right now and my head looks huge. Curious to know if I got it up to like 17-18, would my overall face improve a lot? Or is it cope? And would I have to bulk heavily for this or could get there gaining 1-2lbs a month? I’m 5’10 136lbs 22 years old rn.
