How much can fillers and pdo threads alone acsend somebody?

Thinking about getting midface/under eye/jaw/chin maybe nose for a more pointy tip also pdo threads to fix my neutral canthal tilt im wondering how much that would give in psl or just points on the 1-10/scale?
