Thinking about getting midface/under eye/jaw/chin maybe nose for a more pointy tip also pdo threads to fix my neutral canthal tilt im wondering how much that would give in psl or just points on the 1-10/scale?

Wanting to do this because lefort and all these other surgeries are extremely expensive also hard for me to just pull 35k out my ass at 18 cheaper option will have to do for now.
