i have no clue honestly, i was 17in bidelt when i first started and im 21in bidelt now, part of it was growing up and part of it was muscle. If youre in a community thats actually gymming, the 23+in bidelt isnt super rare imo

well i mean they praise cuz its the a good amount, issue is its hard getting to it without roids. but i do think they mean from skeletal. but its still fine since shoulders give that illiusion anyway
