realistically how much bone mass is there to gain from hopping on at 19?

i don’t think anyone understood my question i wasn’t expecting to completely change my structure and go up a few tiers from pinning i just meant like the dimo increases browridge slight mandible width etc just things that have heard from others experiences was wondering how it works
