Problem with this is, my occlusal plane isn’t even downslanted. So they have to impact the maxilla upwards pretty evenly at the front and at the back. I only can get 1 to 2 degrees of CCW rotation, and that’d get me to a 0 degrees flat occlusal plane.

purely depends on how much of a gummy smile you have, lets say you have 5mm gummy smile, any mm over 5mm impaction will result in less upper teeth show. technically you can get more, will it look better? no! will the surgeon do it? no!

bro impaction doesnt work like that lmao, technically you shorten your maxilla but your midface will remain the same. the only thing you get is auto rotation which makes your overall face shorter (chinwise) and your mandible will look wider (illusion)

I'm not completely sure how the lips look after big rotations. I think this problem is fixable, because i've seen it fixed on some before and afters.

This result is idealistic, it is sadly impossible to reduce the nose length like that. Most you can hope for is a septum reduction, and that is if the septum is bulging out (downwards). Another way to reduce the apparent nasal length is through radix reduction. If your radix is high and goes into your brow ridge, and there is no apparent separation, reducing the radix would help visually make it seem like the face is less long. Midface is sadly unchangeable. Your only luck is if your IPD is in harmony with your facial length, then you've still got something to work with. A long midface on its own isn't a big deal, unless paired with a low IPD, such as in my case. My IPD is bordering death tier, had it been even a mm narrower, I'd genuinely look deformed. This way I'm just hardcapped at looking mid-tier at best if I'd get all the necessary improvements. Focus on what you can fix, raw midface length isn't one of those things. Unless you've got a gummy smile, in which case you've got a different issue. But nose length cannot be changed (except in the ways I described above). Cheers

Good orthodontic treatment can help you look better ngl I've seen many cases of ppl getting more defined face

I went from tier 4 to tier 3 in 2 years after test cycle i use to chew alot , i also have slight tmj but i noticed my cheekbones and ramus got wider

It's better that they don't correct your bite ngl
because they will start pulling down your top row with rubber bands. And that can have a bad effect.
