How much can MSE + Zygo Implant increase my FWHR?

Currently i have ~ 1.7 FWHR, i would like to know what is achiebaboe with MSE/MSDO + Zygo Implant

Reducing phitrum is not really an option i already have 17 mm philtrum now, below 13mm is comical
