I currently have a 17” bidelt which is brutal

IMG 1106

Idk how far I can actually increase it, obviously 25” is ideal but that’s impossible. My waist is a good 30” but will probably go down to 28” or 29” when I get leaner (currently 20% bf trying to cut to sub 12%)

My hips are also an issue but I’m not gonna rant about that

I’ve heard anabolic make your shoulders blow up so I have high hopes

Hgh wouldn’t really do shit since im 17 and all my growth plates are closed but im doing test

Yea I am excited to document my results on test and anavar over the next 15 weeks, also adding in ozempic and mt2 plus I have aromasin and clomid on standby

Super hype it’s not like my shoulders will magically get 6” further apart tho

I know it’s brutal considering I’ve been lifting for almost 4 years and taken multiple PEDs

17 inch is brutal but I doubt you are mesuring corectly. I know I have mesured it accurtely and at 19 inches I am small as fuck compared to the average man on the street.

Zero chance you are 14 inch bidelt buddy. 14 inch is average female biacromial not even bideltoid.

Most people are not capable of mesuring this correctly I bet you anything. I might do a post on how I did it if anyone gives a fuck. But I doubt most have the tools I used.

I am measuring correctly, it looks bigger bc of my 30” waist

just use a measuring tape it’s not that hard bro

Not even close bro. Not even close. I will show you a setup I used. The difference between using a tape and a proper caliper-like device is huge.

I made this makeshift caliper from a drywalers t square and a carpenters 12 inch square. For use I would tie it together with wire and use wooden wedges to tighten it so its solid.

I would choose a measure and fix it. Then sit like this
1000008263

with my arms relaxed by my side and in this position. Its how doctors set you up when they mesure you. I would see if I can fit or not. If its too wide make it narrower until I lightly touch both sides of my delts at the maximum point of quiet respiration to the "blades" of the "caliper".

Compare to how the pros do it.

Why not just move 2 objects together till your shoulders touch each side then measure the difference

If u have squarish shoulders u can cope with muscles and look good I think like David laid

This was easy and convinient for me to make. You can use the two objects as long as they are stable and touch only your deltoids. But tape measure is just inaccurate.

I would need a significant amount of muscle his bidelt is 24”
It's not over for framecells if u have squarish shoulders but u need a lot of muscles and coping to achieve wide frame still cope but it works

Its not. Refer to this table for percentiles.

Doubt this is accurate for the general population, considering i know a very small number of people that measure 50 cm+, and they have some of the best frames i’d see irl

I think you are underestimating people. Have you mesured them with calipers? I have 48.5 cm bidelt and I am pretty small framed and don't lift. Also the average weight and height in the study was 175 cm 80 kg.

Should I try making calipers to measure? Idk how but you pretty much attached a bunch of rulers together right

If you can find something to make them then for sure. Its the most accurate way. I used what I had.

Anyone i know that has measured including myself is with the sliding door method, i also measure at around 49 cm. I’d say my frame shoulders wise looks a bit bigger than other untrained guys i see in the gym(comparison because i practicaly lost all muscle by now), but anyone that is training is usually looks wider. I’m eyeballing it obviously but i’d know if i stood out negatively

depends on your genetic potential most people one or two inches but great thing clavicles stop growing wayyy later so you have a bunch of time

I think sliding doors should work fine, still calipers are king. Just make sure not to use too much pressure, its should very lightly touch. My untrained 6ft friend mesured at 54 cm JFL. Some people are just blessed with a good frame.

Yea my bone age is 19 idk about that… I stopped gaining height 2 years ago so I don’t think my clavicles will grow more

Yeah i tried obsessively remeassuring one day to make sure i’m getting an accurate measurement and 49 cm was pretty much what i’d get when i didn’t mess up anything. Like i said, isolating shoulders i don’t feel small, i often see smaller frames on zoomers that are also completely untrained. But on my height and my current amount of muscles it could look frail

Yea I’m gonna find an accurate measurement system and compare before vs after roids

They were running enough to kill an elephant and were a hyper responder to both training and PEDs,
