How much carbs you take before workout while leanmaxxing ?

I reduced carbs and I think I am about 14 bf. I started to feel dizzy, can't even workout properly. Now I am gonna eat a bowl of oat with milk and go workout.

How much do you take ?

Completely depends what you're doing. HIIT will obviously need more fuel than weight training. Good rule of thumb is like 1/2 cup of oats for a regular 30-1hr workout

that's normal sign when you switch your fuel from carbs to fat.

your body will get used to take fats as fuel. Give it time.

I remember when i started keto at beginning i was so dizzy that i spend 150$ for a shitty consult at doctor cause I panicked. The foid doctor there said that I should avoid keto cause it's not good.

Obviously she had no idea what she was talking. I kept continuing with Keto and after 2-3 months my body was fully adapted to consuming fat.

Less cravings for sugar, I am always full and I am lean now.

not a lot, i have some in the morning and a piece of fruit before training
