how much cardio should i do and whats the ideal caloric loss to achive a leaner face daily

You should do cardio not just to get lean.
However, 10km everyday + good diet should make you lean.

Cardio, especially high intensity cardio, is cope for leanmax.

It will increase your hunger so you’ll just eat back everything you just burnt, and more.

Low intensity cardio, like walking, is good for leanmax, since it doesn’t increase hunger and you burn a good amount of calories. Just make sure to get minimum 10-15k steps a day.

High intensity cardio only for stamina for sex tbh.

i do infact walk but only for around 35 mins, its a fast walk

Just walk as much as you can during the day. You’re probably sitting down rotting on this site. Instead, stand up and walk while rotting. I get upwards of 20k steps a day, sometimes even 30k a day easily.
