i do infact walk but only for around 35 mins, its a fast walkCardio, especially high intensity cardio, is cope for leanmax.
It will increase your hunger so you’ll just eat back everything you just burnt, and more.
Low intensity cardio, like walking, is good for leanmax, since no hunger increase.
High intensity cardio only for stamina for sex tbh.
