none at all, just have a healthy diet, focus on skincare and don't lose an obscure amount of fat in a short time.

just buy one off of amazon with good reviews, it won’t hurt to supplement it I guess. im also 24, just dont smoke/drink too much and live a healthy stress free life and u'll have good skin for a long time. also use sun cream everyday even in winter

I use even while inside on a cloudy day, I want to get to my 50's while looking young like chuando tan no matter how many surgeries, supplements, creams, etc I have to take.
