A lot, I change people's perspective when they see me, obviously women also see me as more attractive (they don't know why, it's unconscious), they perceive you as a MAN:
Having a Thick Neck is useful at any age, it will always put you at an advantage against any other Child, Teenager, or Man in terms of attractiveness.
It should also be noted that the size will increase if you work all sides of the neck.
Sternocleidomastoid, Splenius, Trapeze.
I go from 14'' to 17'', size does not matter, but it has to depend on each person, it should be the same width as the jaw:
No more unless you want to look opposite to attractiveness:
And no less, unless you have a big jaw and you don't want to overshadow it... something like Brad Pitt does:
