having a few pimples doesnt matter but having smooth skin is important. for me im currently having issues with skin texture, trust me its a HUGE nerf

it literally doesnt matter very much when ur not modeling thats just an irrelevant statement, it looks bad when ur acne is moderate-severe

having a pimple means your general skin health isnt the best 96.7% of the time
and having glass skin is pretty easily achievable in a couple of months if u know what ur doing

Having acne does make people perceive you slightly negatively than to one without acne - Cleveland study I cba finding, acne is a sign of bad health indicators but a few pimples are easy to fix and easy looks bump
