I've deadass been drinking like sub 60oz water daily for years (I rarely exceed 100floz total of liquids daily), I usually never feel thirsty, this morning I started my day with roughly 50oz fluids (Caffeine + Water + Protein shake) and my face has looked leaner all day. My doctor roughly 8-9 months ago said I specifically needed 100-120oz WATER daily based off my body & activity level. What would drinking 100oz water every day from now on do for me?
