Yeah, sleep is very important. You and I should both sleep early tonight.

i will definitely, but i’m not sure it’s like reversible lol. like i don’t think we can make up the fat loss we should’ve got over both nights in one longer night lol? idk

No idea bhai. I do know the more I sleep the more I lose weight because that’s more time staying asleep which means I can’t eat. Hahaha.

No sleep means your cardio is useless. I learnt this the hard way.

Basically your body activates some annoying mechanism that decreases metabolism rate because it thinks you are in a situation where food may be scarce causing you to keep more weight. Also the quality of sleep(dark hours where you get proper REM) and longevity of your sleep can also affect eating habits. Wherein you are more susceptible to hunger on less sleep.

It's better to do less cardio and have better sleep than have more cardio and bad sleep.

It should return to normal just from a proper sleep night assuming you don't have extensive damage done to yourself.

Don't eat too close to bedtime

Don't EVER use alarms

Don't workout too close to bed-time

Keep room completely dark. Leave door ajar slight if you are afraid of dark like me

Get good pillow, bedding etc

Keep room cold

Stop taking stimulants if you do

Evoid exposure to screens or stimulating music/experiences before sleeping.
