Basically your body activates some annoying mechanism that decreases metabolism rate because it thinks you are in a situation where food may be scarce causing you to keep more weight. Also the quality of sleep(dark hours where you get proper REM) and longevity of your sleep can also affect eating habits. Wherein you are more susceptible to hunger on less sleep.why?
