literally EVERYONE's bench depends on their weight. Try losing 20 kg and you'll see how much your bench/strength overall will suffer, even if you manage to maintain most of your muscle mass.
Why do the strongest powerlifters look fat? Because you're stronger the more you weigh. literally.
You don't understand that, even though you weigh more in fat, you're stronger, since your fat literally serves like a cushion, when exercises like the bench require great stabilization, fat is there to help and bounce the weight up, also, the more you weigh, the more muscle you have, even tho you might look worse bulked than shredded, you still had more muscle in the bulk, hence why you're also stronger.
