bench press 95 lb for 12 reps

i dont go gym but i went once last week to test out my max with my gymcel classmate

bench press max: 90kg

deadlift max: 140kg

squat: didnt do it because i was too tired

Either you are lying or you have elite powerlifting genetics.

I cant go gym yet because my grandma wont allow me and i have a gym at school and all the 6”1-6”2 guy’s asked me how long i went gym for and i told them i dont and Go at school gym 1-2 times a week depending if my pe class has gym and they domt believe me.

im pretty Built naturally too And they think im on something to have this strength but its just genetics i tell them

i still rather be 6”2 and weak

I had a 90kg OHP months ago that even roidcels mired’ but I have gotten weaker smh maybe because of my joint pain because of ai

Are you crazy? for a 16 year old kid who never gyms to go in the gym and bench 200 pounds is elite level genetics.

Tbh i dont mind having a low squat , bench or deadlifts, training for aesthetics and focusing more on db bench and training hypertrophy

Most don’t have the genes to achieve an aesthetic physique so we have no other way to cope😖😖

But it feels good knowing i might have good genetics to win a medal in nationa/Olympic powerlifting if I put in the work lol

IDK what it takes to win olympics JFL but with years of training you'll be benching over 4-5 plates easy and have the entire gym miring you at least.
