Most don’t have the genes to achieve an aesthetic physique so we have no other way to copeJFL at guys focusing on increasing their 1 Rep max up on squats and bench press if they care about aetshthetics. Look at a competitive powerlifter’s physique. They look like shit.


SameTbh i dont mind having a low squat , bench or deadlifts, training for aesthetics and focusing more on db bench and training hypertrophy

IDK what it takes to win olympics JFL but with years of training you'll be benching over 4-5 plates easy and have the entire gym miring you at least.
