How much does a good sleep cycle matter?

I am not talking about the length of sleep, just the set time you go to sleep and wake up. If the difference between when you sleep is drastic for a lot of days (difference of 5 hours) would that affect your health markers despite getting enough sleep?

honestly matters alot for ur body and ur circadian rhythm so it important to train ur body to go to sleep before 12 and have 8 hours sleep
