depends, i currently have 3 pimples on my face. 1 each under both zygos, 1 right below soul patch.

so in my case it just adds to the symmetry boosting my psl by +0.15/2 (depending on geography).

Pimples not so much. In school, I would frequently see girls popping their boyfriends' pimples in class. They didn't seem bother by it at all.
