It went well. No, he does not use "custom guides." Maybe he would if you request it, but I don't know. He does use a sort of 3D printed guide, but it's not what people mean by custom guides. It's not a cutting guide.

I suggest you also try Erol Cansız. Unfortuntaley Maxillofacial surgeons in Turkey are not used to have clients changing their face for purely aesthetic reasons. It is either people who are horribly deformed or people who have serious health issues go to such doctors.

Dr. Erol seems as much if not more focused on health than aesthetics, so might be worth consulting. Several times he said "I did such and such to give you more airway." But, I mean, if you get your jaws advanced and genio it's going to widen your airway.
