I am not sure but I used to be on stimulant and low appetite and was low like 11% bf and at that time my face felt like skin to bones.

But at 14% around the malar/cheeks I could palpate the flesh.

Can I go from 14 to 10 while still gaining abit lean muscle mass if i consume alot of protein and lifting 6-7 days a week?

Depends a lot on how long you’re lifting and you genetics, if your body functions optimally at 15%BF and you’re new than you’ll probably keep gaining.

If you’ve been training for more than a year and your body’s optimal BF% is not somewhere between 10-14 than you probably cant.

This obviously changes based on how good your genetics are for putting on size in general.

If you're maintaining weight with your daily calorie intake, it would take a while but its definitely achievable. As long as you train intensely and get your macros right very consistently you could do it in 6-8 months. Could be way shorter if you took shit tho jfl

What if I want to gain weight very slowly too, but also at the same time want to lowering bf%

Then bulk this summer hoping to gain 4kgs then leanmax from 14 to 10-12%

Dont need big muscles, just need toned muscles and v taper, i want more chiseled face

Could go on a slight lean bulk, depends on how much weight/muscle mass you plan to put on. Most important thing would be your diet though. If you want to put on a significant amount of weight (10+lbs) I would recommend just lean bulking fully.

you want muscle right?? you can gain muscle with maintaining body weight jfl, it just feels slower because the weight isnt going up as much because its all/most lean mass which takes time man, also rep all my post, but lean bulk is best, so cut right now then lean bulk back up and stay lean ofc
