How much does neoteny matter in attraction(male)

I keep seeing dudes who have amazing facial bones but their heads are either too big or their shoulders are either too narrow for them to look adult like(IMO)

I know neoteny can be good for women but what is the effect on men?

That’s also something I don’t really get. Is a small head suppose to be only seen good and a positive? I looked up Broderick with his girl and size wise his girls head is almost bigger than his, imagine being skull mogged by your girl. I dk if that was just the pic or w.e. but a large head is sexually dimorphic and male correct? Like I have a 24.5 inch circumference dome but I don’t look neotenous.

From my understanding , its basically cute features in a person that are very common in babies and gradually go less (the state resulting when juvenile characteristics are retained by the adults of a species).

The traits specifically are bad in general, but other neoteny features are not nescarilly bad. Many very aesthethic men have a combination of masculine and feminine looking traits in their faces and considered attractive. Prettyboys are definitely not very masculine looking and would be therefore considered more neotonous than a masculine chad but have many people who consider them attractive.

That’s not that big of a difference and black people already have small heads so I know his girls head isn’t that big to begin with just based on her body type

dont see how its a good thing and never implied its good, i just read on here some male models have small skulls.
if we are talking about proportions its probably good if you have a small head proportions wise. its generally better to have a physically big skull as a male. so ideal probably = proportionally small/average head + big skull. i dont think a big skull would be associated with looking neotenous, probably the opposite is true in most cases

Yeah if she wasn’t hiding her forehead with her hair she is not that far off size wise and she for sure doesn’t have a big head. He just has that Uber square jaw which is proving jaw is law.
