1mg a day is the dose doctors reccomend. But I'd say start low with 0.5 every two days. Some guys see great results with low doses which means a smaller chance of side effects, so it's worth giving it a shot. Then if it isn't as effective as you were hoping you can just do 1 mg.

If 50mg in the bottle, then you take 1/100 of the total volume to dose 0.5mg.

1mg is the standard fda dose for hair loss, but many people cut in quarters the 5mg pills and take 1.25mg bcs it's cheaper! Now depends if side effects occur bcs in that case u can lower the dose to like 0.25mg
