Once you get used to eating them, you'll be able to eat them effortlessly, and you won't have urge to eat trash. I opened a package of chocolate cookies when I had coffee today, had 2 of them with the coffee and now haven't had any because I didn't feel like it. Vegetables have much more anti nutrients, fruits have zero. And its not about the vitamins in fruits which they barely have except vitamin C and magnesium as a mineral, its about the potent antioxidants they possess and as a bonus they are much tastier then vegetablesBarely any, fruit is a garbage, a waste of money, it doesn't fill you up, you can get the fibers from actual decent food like veggies and the vitamins you can get from pills

You need to lower the insuline spikes throughout your day, so just eat all carbs in between your workout. So yeah intermittent fasting is legit for pre diabetics and limiting carbs to only the window around your workouts. Also eat vegetable salad with some vinegar, it increases insulin sensitivity by a decent amount and increase omega 3 with eating fish. Omega 3 makes your muscles more sensitive to insulin.idk why i dont like them bro

2. Omega 3:6 ratio at least 1:2, ideal would be 1:1 but thats giga hard to achieve and dumb, 1:2 is ideal too (modern humans have giga shit ratio of 1:17 jfl). Omega 6 is pro inflammation, Omega 3 is anti-inflammatory.
3. 25% fruits, rich in phytonutrients, vitamins and antioxidants
4. 25% (the rest) filled with starch like white rice or sweet potatoes, some vegetables like carrots, red bell peppers, tomatoes, kale, spinach.
AVOID:
-seeds (some very small amounts like 10-20g of sunflower seeds or such are okay for the vitamin E in them)
-grains except white rice (full of shit anitnutrients. Only exception is sprouted grains but even that isn't the most ideal, but its fine occasionally)
-seed and plant oils (no need to explain this, *omega 6)
Brown rice is full of phytic acid and arsenic jfl, and if you want to reduce acne and gymcel then just lower the insulin spikes, eat all of your carbs in 2 meals, once before and once after training. Secondly eating protein and fats, with some vegetables like carrots will slow down the insulin spike. Also if your omega 3:6 ratio is good and you get enough vitamin A, zinc and vitamin E in your diet then that will completely mitigate the androgen skin effects of insulin. Remember omega 3 is anti inflammation, it prefers not to start inflammation in your skin if a poor gets blocked.
