how much g of protein is actually optimal?

Online people say a lot, i think even 2g per kg of bw is not enough? am i right or left? :feelsuhh:

i eat 1 gram per ib of body weight and it works

i thought it was .8g is optimal, I go for 1g per body weight most days but each persons body is diff so try out diff things

not all protein is created equal as well. opt for protein from meat, egg and dairy sources. and whey isolate.

protein from food like peanut butter/bread is useless.

i eat slightly more protein than i weigh. more as a consequence of having to eat a lot of calories.

Yeah ik i stick to animal foods mostly
