How much gains should i be expecting switching from a low protein to high protein dieet

Been spending all my money on weed the past year. Im going to try and spent it all on high protein foods now.
So how much of a body composition change should i expect switching to eaiting like 70 grams to 150 grams of protein?

a decent amount but it’s mostly related to genetics anyways. better the genetics = better gains from high protein but worse genetics = less difference

yea this is my back with natural training
i can barbell row 110 kg 6 times

but my physique is a bit boofy and my weight doenst change much
