Well, your growth plates are almost ossified they typically ossify between 15-17. Even if you wanted to grow more, anastrozole alone likely won't help much, especially if your growth plates are nearly closed!

they ossify gradually not overnight and that is noticeable cause you see your growth rate slowing down! (mine hasn’t slowed down!) (i’m also a late bloomer!!!!!!!!)

The only way to know for sure is a wrist x-ray to check your bone age
