ive read on researches that 4ui/day is the max a person should do to not be in risk but that just wont do shit

so how much should i actually take in my first weeks

Tbh, I am not sure but I believe you shouldn’t start off directly with like 4 as an example, I think you should start with like 2 and after 2 day go up in dose. Also everyone say to take 6-8ui/day, but I personally think 8 it’s to much, for what I think 6th/day it’s good

i wouldnt start off with 4 anyways but ill try adding 2ui each idk time
