Me personally im running 8 ius pharma grade rn but i see alot of people on tiktok saying you should run atleast 14 iu's depending on your BW like a 70k person would be on 16 usuing 0.08mg per kilogram of body weight but then pubmed used 0.039 on ISS kids plus and AI and they still grew alot more than predicted so are you really stunting your growth by not doing 15+ ius?

dude im taking 5ui everyday but i actually wrestle like 10 sessions a week
it really helps with recovery
before sleeping my joints are all fucked and i can barely walk, just to wake up next day as if nothing happened
also noticing my hands, ribcage and elbows grew a lil
doesnt mess with your hormones too which is good because balls wont turn into grapes and shee
