just dont apply tret or other topical vitamin A on your beard area.

It's good anywhere near the scalp tho, since that's where you want a decrease in androgen receptor expression

I ate too much liver and didn't have any effect on my jaw. My left jaw aches like he'll, but my bone mass still looks fine.
