How much is 50 mg of L-Glutathione to IU?

Plan on taking 5000 IU a day but the container says 100 capsules with each capsule containing 50 mg. What is 50 mg to IU? How much IU does each tablet contain??

Product label doesn't have it and google unit calculators are confusing. I don't even see IU, I see something called NMOL.

This is the first time I'm seeing IU unit in glutathione pills ..500mg -1000 mg of preferably 'L' glutathione is recommended everyday ...50mg is too low dose ..i doubt if it will even do anything ..go for 1000mg(two 500mg tablets everyday) if your pocket allows it or 500mg ..the results will be a tad slower with the latter but it will happen eventually

If you are using it for skin lightning , it's a waste of money.

I also did the injections and it didn't work, even had it lab tested and it was real.

It's a very painful injection as well, that you need to lie down for 10 mins after.

I would study what the south Koreans do to lighten skin.

Yea that was my worry, that glut wouldn't even work for skin lightening. All that hype about injecting and it doesn't even work. So does anything even work for skin lightening at all?

Something the Korean and Bollywood celebs are doing that we don't know.

If you plan in socialising abroad in a bit country it's not really worth it.
