I got magnesium (glycinate) 240mg per serving (2 pills) . Last time I took magnesium (400mg) I was shitting my brains out 2+ times per day.. Should I take the full dose or half dose for best effects (for sleep) without shitting constantly

doesnt matter, it wont be used efficiently in your body, get magnesium from milk and meat
