I’m 5’7 at 15, I wanna take melatonin but theres been studies link to long term use of melatonin delaying your puberty, if it’s safe, how much should I take per day?

why do you with delaying your puberty is bad? Also the studies saying this were shitty so it wont do anything to puberty.
Best dose is like 2-6 mg

mirin the effort, I was trying to look for the study and second opinions thats all, already taking 5mg melatonin everyday
